Cost: There is no cost to tryout for a Boone Basketball Club travel team.

There will be a cost if your son gets selected to play. A part of that cost will go towards uniform fees and tournament fees. Don’t let cost be an issue from having your son tryout. The basketball club has scholarships available to players who need assistance if they are selected.

The Boone Basketball Club is doing tryouts for anyone that is interested in playing on the BOYS 4th, 5th and 6th grade Boone Basketball Club travel teams. Your son will go through a one hour basketball skills workout and game play to determine if he will be selected.

We will plan to have one 4th grade travel team, one 5th grade travel team and one 6th grade travel team. If we end up with more players we will explore adding a second team for each grade level.

These tryouts are open to anyone interested. First preference will be given to Boone kids/players.

The 4th & 5th grade travel team will most likely start practice and games towards the end of the Rec Season December. Depending on interest we might start their practices earlier. We still encourage all 4th & 5th grade boys to register and do the Boone Basketball Club Rec season as well. We feel like we have a high quality rec league program as well.

The 6th grade travel team members will start travel practices in October/November/December but won’t start games until January. We still encourage all 6th grade boys to register and do the Boone Basketball Club Rec season. We feel like we have a high quality rec league program as well.
